Carbon Components division of Carbon Engineering was created to provide complete solutions for the design, engineering, production, and customization of high-performance carbon fiber components.

Over 25 years of experience in the design of advanced composite components gives our technical department a competence that spans every phase of the process, from the first idea to the executive drawing ready for production.

 

We don't just draft: we think through the structure, calculate its limits, and bring it to the point where lightness and strength stop being a compromise.

  • Design development — from concept to final form, in constant dialogue with the aesthetic and functional needs of the project.
  • Preliminary development and budgeting — cost analysis and bill of materials, for a clear and realistic view from the earliest stages.
  • Engineering development — 3D design and structural optimization through finite element analysis (FEA), ensuring certified performance before production even begins.

Developing a product in composite materials means owning every step of its transformation — from the first sketch to the finished part ready to be mounted. 

This is exactly what our technical and production department offers: a complete, in-house development cycle for single components and small production series, fully tailored to each customer's requirements.

 

We follow every project end-to-end, combining advanced engineering with dedicated manufacturing technologies to turn an idea into a lightweight, durable, and structurally optimized component — built specifically for demanding marine and industrial applications, at the scale each project actually needs.
